CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

LOTUSWEI is the world’s leading floral apothecary, specializing in rare flower essences collected from around the world to help thousands of people experience more happiness, clarity, peace & better sleep.

We value rapid personal growth. This involves getting more comfortable being uncomfortable - looking at your weaknesses, self limiting patterns & the electrifying truth of your greatness. Only apply if you are committed to awakening.

Each of the below positions is very challenging, requiring focus, efficiency & self-initiation. We’re a small, fast-growing company, and we switch gears quickly. We work collaboratively & sift out the best ideas; you have to be willing to put ideas on the table, and not take things personally if they are not implemented.

*Note: we drug-test & perform background-check as part of the application process.

  • Collaborate with the team to align meals with preferences, sensitivities, and seasonal inspiration
  • Highlight East Asian-inspired dishes and flavors (Thai, Malaysian, Korean, etc.) and incorporate nourishing staples like soups, rice cooker dishes, organ meats (e.g., chicken liver pâté), bitter gourd, and claypot-style meals
  • Source and procure fresh ingredients, keeping quality and simplicity in mind

Meal Preparation & Kitchen Stewardship

  • Prepare daily lunches, snacks, and warm beverages for a team of up to 10 staff (occasional dinners as needed)
  • Portion, store, and prep ingredients efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing, waste management, and surface sanitation
