Have you recently felt any of the following:
  • Desire for others to acknowledge you
  • Feeling insignificant, unimportant, ignored or undervalued
  • Sense of being left out or unsupported
  • Desire for others to recognize all that you do
  • Sense that people around you don’t value your contributions
  • Wanting outer world to build up your self-worth
  • Reluctance to take on greater responsibilities or leadership roles
  • Blocks to fearless self-expression

If you’re drawn to the Ghostweed, it’s time to take charge. You may be letting your emotions pull you around on a leash. You may have felt that others are not acknowledging you or not recognizing all that you have to offer. You may have felt ignored, undervalued or deemed undervalued or insignificant. You may feel left out or unsupported or that people around you don’t value your contributions.

A reluctance or hesitation around taking on greater responsibilities may have prevented you from taking greater responsibility or leadership. Blocks to fearless self-expression may have thus far stunted your ability to reach a greater audience or communicate a wider message.

Activate: Leadership
Message: Rise above. Become greater than you've ever been before.

Rather than letting our emotions pull us around on a leash, Ghostweed (Euphorbia marginata) helps us become greater leaders than we’ve ever been before! It helps us express ourselves more fearlessly than ever, and do what needs to be done, because that’s what we’re good at. Ghostweed helps us become like an antenna or beacon. We become more efficient at receiving and giving information.

We’re more willing to be seen, and to stand up for what we believe in. We allow ourselves to rise above the rest. We can balance how we perceive the outer world and inner world, reaching out vs. reaching in. Rather than wait for external validation to make us feel like taking action, we become leaders through getting to know our inner world.

Ghostweed is also known as Mountain Snow, Snow in Summer and Snow-on-the-Prairie. Its white flowers tower above prairie grasses like lighthouses.

As part of the euphorbia family, its tiny flowers have four white petals, with variegated white and green leaves. It has a milky white sap that’s slightly toxic as a skin irritant.
